with the bus crew, hostess, cooks?
On our paychecks we are taxed on all recorded tips including the tips we give to hostess, bus crew cooks etc. They aren't taking out a percentage of what we tip out, they tax all of it from our paychecks which leaves our paychecks really low.

Not sure what you are saying. Employers don't tax anyone, unless you mean he takes tax out of your salary and what he takes out is based on the shared tips included in your income.
I don't think that is legal unless you have the option to not share the money and keep it yourself.
Does he also include the tips in the income of the crew, hostess and cooks?
If he counts it in all, he's a nut.
