...our case? Recently officers responded to a 911 call placed from our home by my autistic child. One of the officers thought it would be a good idea to contact our landlord -- the officer had a personal relationship with our landlord.
The officer was asked not to do this. The officer did it anyway.
Now the landlord is threatening eviction based on what the officer disclosed -- which, coincidentally, was an assumption on the officer's part (there were no charges filed in regards to the allegation).
What possible legal avenues are available to my family?
