Is it legal for a doctor to refuse to perfrom surgery after he has sent the surgery

up .? the doctor refuse to perfrom the surgery on my wife after he found out that we was fileing a lawsuit against depuy becuse of her hip implant. we had already do the pre op and was just six days away from surgery just becuse we wanting addiation test done like bllod work and keeping the implant
