It's not legal in any state. The 18 may be charged with sex with a minor, even if it is with consent. Highly doubtful, though.

yes!!! i kno this cuz i live n il & my mom looked into it b4 she approved of a guy.... basically at the age of 16 you can legally b w/an 18 yr old but cant go ova the 2 yr limit but at the age of 17 doesnt matter how old (jus not real old) as long as it is consentual... i was 17 w/a 21 yr old so my mom tlkd 2 the police & lawyers 2 approve but now she is n love w/him.. good luck 2 u
