or are the threaRAB in this forum that are 'top 10' type lists really annoying?

Don't get me wrong, on a dull afternoon I've been known to actually type in my nomination for "Best line in a film" or "Fave uknown film" or Bad films that you enjoyed". They do seem to get the most read/replies so they must serve some usefulness.

For me, a thread that starts with a film title is a lot more interesting. It means you can feedback on your thoughts of a movie, read if it's worth watching/buying etc.

It's like the web equivelant of those annoying top 10 shows that appear on Sky one.

Maybe it's just me ;)
 
It depenRAB, I don't mind them. I've not noticed any Professional Top 10 posters in the way Stuart Maconie has made a living out of them... Professional Top 10 commenator. Quite sad when his career is thought of like that isn't it.
 
Yeah, just like Paul Ross, Jonathon's brother. Doesn't actually do anything except appear on those top 10 shows and rip the pi$$ out of somebody more famous than him.

Like anyone cares what Paul Ross thinks :)
