Is it just me or is taking a clearblue digital test really dramatic ?

When I was TTC I took various brands of pregnancy tests and I found that taking the clearblue digitals very dramatic compared to taking tests with the lines. Has anyone eles found this and do you have a theory why? Thanks.
 
Yeah I used the digital one that tells u wen u conceived and everything and I'd had a positive test with the lines but even the bloody size of it, the thing is huge and official like it's saying 'DO NOT QUESTION MY AUTHORITY> YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK. WHAT I SAY GOES' lol But then its gotta be the bloody things cost a freekin fortune! To be fair, it gave me a positive two clean weeks before the doctors did, they were still testing negative!
 
yes i have lol, it was soooooo scary waiting for that word to flash in your face!
but trust me, when it says pregnant you will drop it in shock, just make sure its not down the toilet
 
YES! i used it this am (BFP!!) and the flashing hour glass was driving me crazy, it was just ticking down the minutes and seconds until the words appeared...i couldn't sit there and look at it so i put it down. and when i picked it up it said PREGNANT so big and bold. im still in shock and disbelief! but jeez, a drum roll wouldn't have been any less dramatic this morning! my theory is the flashing hour glass makes it more intense
 
Lol.. I have never used a Clear blue easy but my sister in law did and it was a defective one. I saw that Clear Blue also has a HPT that tells you how many weeks you are as well as pregnant or not pregnant.. I need one of those.. lol
 
Iam also ttc and personally i dont bother with clearblue because they seem expensive to me...especially the digital test... any test is good really they seem to be more accurate now.. i mean my sister took a £2.99 test and it was positive.. so stay at a cheaper option and less dramatic as they do seem too dramatic yes...xxxx
