Is it just me or does the wii remote slightly lag in games?

I notice this while playing zelda, whenever I swing the controller it takes link like just under half a second to respond.

Even in Wii sports during boxing and such because I swing the nunchuk and remote around a fair bit I notice on the screen my character is always half a second behind in reaction time which is really annoying.

Anybody else get this?

Yeah pointing is very accurate like when in Zelda when I aim the boomerang or slingshot but swinging the sword by doing the movement with the remote link doesnt accurately follow my movements.

Give it a try and tell me if you can notice it now.

It is a bit...laggy..not by much but a button press is faster. I noticed it when I first got the sword. seems like if I make a small slash movement he starts as it's completed...it's not too big a deal but I think a button would be better for it actually.

Could it maybe be the sensitivity settings on your Wii? I haven't noticed it at all for Zelda. And for boxing it does it if you have shitty timing. I have friends that can't figure it out cause they just swing wildly all over the place so it only responds to a few of their movements.

i find it different in every game

the wiimenu is very responsive however i find it choppy and it can jump a little

zelda i noticed does have a small delay but very smooth and not jumpy at all

red steel seems responsive but it also jumps too. I think its the engine that makes it jump randomly though because i noticed it would jump in key places.

and wii sports is fine except for boxing im not sure whats up with boxing but it seems very unresponsive.

Hes not talking about the pointing, hes talking about when u swing the nun chuck it takes like .5-1.0 for link to actually do it, also with the sword it is laggy it takes link some time after you swing for him to move his sword. Youll notice this more when u get farther in the game especially when you fight gannon its frustrating.

The only lag I've noticed in Zelda is when Link first takes out his sword. After that, all the movement is pretty instant for me.

Biggest problem I've found in Trauma Center is that the pointer field seems a bit small. On operations where you have to use the entire viewing area to work, it can make moving things around with the forceps a PITA if what you're trying to move is right on the edge of the viewing field.

No problems in Excite Truck (fucking awesome game).

I haven't played COD3 enough to notice anything in that either.
