If he had that demeanor during his campaign, rather than acting like a bitter, senile fuckhead, he wouldn't have been swept in this election. He still would've lost, but not with last night's margin.

If he would've done that and not choose Falin as his running mate, it would've been too close to call.

But he didn't do those things, and I'm glad

That was strange. That was a completely different John McCain. That was the John McCain of pre-2000.

He seemed very relieved. I think he realized long ago that he was going to lose this election and was happy he could finally rest.
