Is it just a big marble?

Have you ever thought about how big (or small) the universe really is? Maybe its the size of a marble and we're microscopic...I think I'm just going off the Men in Black deal about "The galaxy is on Orion's belt" but really, how do we know? Its easy to get lost in fantasy about this kind of thing when you are staring at the moon isn't it?
Or just me?
Eh I dont think I will even try to work for NASA...reason: they wont find anything out in my lifetime so I would basically be asking questions my whole life with no chance of a complete answer. But thats just me...some people want to help advance the knowledge for the future

absolute answers - meditation - all of creation is within you - or if you can go into the future enough man might know more then.

till then - get a hand on the theories - they describe the size and all.
also there are a whole lot of lines of contemporary thought on such topics - get a hang of all of them and you might find that much of what you wonder has probably been really deeply investigated by some scientists already

babe - and if you are really keen - then just join the nearest amateur star gazers club - getting yourself a telescope kit and all

better still become an aeronautical engineer and join nasa or something - they would be the ones finally investigating such questions for all of mankind
