a few months ago my friend found this phone left at her house after a party. no one claimed it, and my guess is that they reported it lost/stolen. now i have it, and my question is would it be safe for me to use this phone as long as i use my own sim card? (it does say theres this unlock code i have to put in--does anyone know it, this is a black razr phone) thank you!
is it illegal to use a cellphone i found if i put my own simcard in it?
