Basically my girlfriend had a medical procedure done, and her ex boyfriend payed for it willingly. She sent him a text message saying that she wanted to pay him back for it. Since that time they are no longer friends. Now he is threatening to tell her parents about this medical procedure and show them proof, ect if she doesn't pay him back in full for it. Since his threats she has gotten a restraining order against him, which he is avoiding getting served on purpose. Is it illegal for him to go to her parents with her Private medical information? Is it illegal for him to use this as blackmail to get her to pay him back, when he originally insisted on paying? PLS ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS BACK.
