There's a bunch of people online in a forum talking about sending an 11 year old girl sex toys and such, and talking in vulgar ways about the girl. I know sexual depictions of children are illegal, and speaking in a sexually explicit manner TO the child is illegal.. but is saying that you are going to send her sexual material to encourage sexual acts illegal? They posted her address openly for others to take part, too.
