As you said, the obvious answer is No, but nobody can know all the archaic, stupid laws out there for every single community. Probably some little podunk town somewhere has some silly ordinance against it.
Here we have a law that it's illegal to drive a car while within arm's reach of alcohol. It makes no exception for the alcohol in the passenger's blood, so technically a sober person could be prosecuted for driving a drunk buddy home. As unlikely as that is to happen, you can bet that somewhere, sometime, some cop will actually do exactly that.
