i've sold my car and the new owners are picking it up thursday evening but the spare tyre is punctured. the topic of spare tyres hasnt been brought up. do i need to replace it before i sell it?
you can sell a car as long as it is in a roadworthy condition, that means all back-ups are ok
if the car is found to have bald tyres , the occupant wil be mad to use the spare, if this is damaged or flat - it becomes ilegal
