wat if it wasent illegal, or even if it is illegal,
wich one is right, do you really need laws and police to tell you wats right and wats wrong,
 
my friends father in law left his 7 year old granddaughter in the car while he went to the shop to buy her fags and when my friend found out she was fuming! now they are not talking,
my friend says its illegal but im wondering if this is true for the law in scotalnd, uk? is their an actual law site i can check out to see if this it true? thanks
