Right, I have a problem I have a dog which a Doberman/lab so she likes to bark. so in a attempted to keep her from barking loudly we muzzled her so she can only bark quietly so the neighbours wouldn't complain.
But they have complained about her: being under weight, Noise( barking), her having a muzzle on...
is illegal to keep a dog in YOUR garden with a muzzle on ? and are my neighbours being total tools ?
I'm aware of the animal welfare act (2006)
and the 5 animal needs
which I not breaking...
