I was just told by a friend it was. Anyone know the truth, and if it is, where is it stated? He said it was only legal on Native American reservations or something..

If it's a business like a casino etc it's legal
but if it's private like in a house and the police find out it's now illegal
I don't think a cop would arrest someone in the military
