Yes it's illegal but with our country being in the shape it's in right now due to 8 years of the Republicans in office i would'nt look for anyone to be knocking on doors because of all the outher stuff going on.

Yes it is illegal.

Many people (idiots) will tell you torrents are legal and peer to peer sharing is illegal. They are both illegal.
