Lets say that this content is Sadlier-Oxford vocabulary answers. I would like to provide direct access to this content without having to link. As long as it is hosted somewhere else, not on my server, can I get in trouble for this? Also, any help writing a disclaimer?
 
It depends on what the terms and conditions are on their site - what their intentions for the file are. But it probably is illegal to copy it, and is probably ok to link to it. Ask them if they would mind you copying it?
