Of course not. Some electronics going from the USA to foreign countries is prohibited though,,,,because our technology in some of our toys can be made to weapon use.
Your major problem is the exchange is complicated. You normally need a trade partner who takes care of the details. Most imports are prepaid and you don't' want to send thousands of dollars to someone in another country until you are sure that you are going to get your good and they don't want to ship them until they are sure you have the money. So a trade partner makes sure all is OK. However there is always risk. If you get a shipment of bad goods they if often NOTHING you can do about it.
You might find something on eBay that you are interested in selling and email that seller in HongKong and see if they can sell you that item in bulk and at what price? Or you can google and find a trade organization. I belong to several trade groups but haven't yet found any that I feel good about working with. I think one is call TradeBoss.com
