the internet? My friend Casey was cruisin the flickr tubes, and found a profile with what looks to be tons of pictures of girls posing topless, or flashing. Problem is, some of them look below 18. Isn't it illegal to have these pictures? Or is it ok, so long as they're not sexual?

Cause if so, this guy is going to be in for a BIG surprise.

Probably illegal, Def. Stupid to post online if you don't have proof of age and model release. That's what Girls Gone Wild got busted for.
 
A determinist will say that the choices made by both observers were determined by their temperament, cultural background, education, the weather at the moment of making the choice, and many other factors.

A non-determinist, and in particular someone who believes that these choices were acts of free will, might point out that the determinist cannot prove his point, if only because there are too many unknowns in the equation. And he will insist that the observers were free to chose what they wanted, and to want as they please.
