your consent or knowledge? When I was pregnant with my son I did not sign the consent form for a drug test.(It's not that I am a drug user, I just HATE my rights being violated)I have recently found out that they did in fact test me 3 months later without my knowledge.This REALLY bothers me considering I am pregnant again and am concerned about my rights and the rights of my unborn child. I need to know, so I can either get a lawyer or another doctor.Thanks!
