is it ilegal to ask for a cellphone in the internet?

hi mi name is pedro and i'm so upsset beacuse all my friends at skool have a cellphone with bluetooth or whatever its called and they are allways sending themselves images and videos and my dad has one but it costs him like 20 dollars at wallmart and my friends' are too expensive and stuff and sometimes i dont even have money to eat at lunch and i thought that i give someone my address i could get an easy way to get the phone .. i just want a phone with bluetooth.. thats all im asking for
 
Maybe get a job. You should have enough to buy a phone in a week or two (since your mexican and will get like $2.00 a day).
 
I don't understand what you are asking. Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and others have websites online to order phones. Asking for a cell phone on the internet is NOT illegal. It is a way to get more business. Now what you are talking about in your paragraph is totally different from your question. Your dad cannot afford to get you a cell phone and pay this monthly bill that will be on a contract for a couple years, if you say that sometimes you don't have money for lunch. I grew up poor too and material things do NOT define you. Focus on your school work.
