I have been walking to work for 2 days now just to get a good exercise.It takes an hour.I am planning to start walking from now on since the weather is getting nice.I don't have problem with walking a long distance but i noticed when i get home my feel feels extremely tired.when i lay down i can feel it.I know its only been 2 days and willing to stick to it since i want to loose at east 10 ponds.I don't have time to go to the gym.
