Is it healthy to run every other day and walk every day?

I have been doing this for a while now and I feel fine, but I was just wondering if it's healthy to do this. I do 30:60s for a mile and run a mile straight every other day. But On the "other" days, I walk a mile or two at the track at a moderate pace. It keeps me from stressing. Just let me know what you guys think.
