...other table scrapes? From what I hear, the longer the scrapes ferment in the water the more effective it is for a garden's growth. What do you think?
 
It will attract animals and many people stay away from meat products because of the animal trouble with the odor attracting them and then they destroy your garden.
 
Egg shells in water and allowed to ferment to the point where it stinks is a very effective fertilizer. Meat scraps , like others said attract animals.Don't use them until they are composted.
 
Meat scraps don't compost, they rot. Meat scraps won't contain anything useful to the plants until they have completely rotted and turned to soil.

All you are doing is inviting Salmonella and Botulism on your vegetables when you spray them with liquid rotting meat.
