Is it harmful to keep using a non-stick cooking pan even if it has a little scratch?

I noticed there is a little scratch right on the middle of the inside maybe someone used a knife to cut something there and it made a scratch and it came off on the scratch.

NO! it's fine. use canola oil to keep things from sticking

not harmful, just a big hassle.

It is still safe but the person who made the scratch should be given the option of buying a new one or a smack in the head with it.

I would have been dead by now I'm using a scratched pan since decades..
Do some buttering to keep things well..
