Help!! I want to start a small clothing rental business but I have no real sense of business and entrepreneurship. But I LOVE fashion and may have found a solution to the many complaints made by women about not being able to find or afford something nice to wear. I would first like to give it a try using the advantages WORLD WIDE WEB and then eventually open a store in the town I live in. Is it illegal to purchase items and then rent them out? And where should I start as far as finding resources and help?
