Is it free for verizon callers to talk to straight talk for free?

My friend has one of those prepaid verizon phones and I kno its freee to talk to any verizon costumer but is it free to talk to straight talk ? Because Im getting straight talk and I was wondering if it would be free for her to talk to me. thanks! walmart couldnt help maybe u can
