Is it easy to transfer to another college after only one semester?

I'm currently a freshman at La Salle University and I want to transfer to Temple University in the 2010 spring semester because temple's tuition is a lot less. I'm thinking that less students would be transferring into the spring semester so I have a better chance of getting accepted. I hope to get like a 3.5 gpa this semester.
