The house is on a slab foundation. I am hoping I would not have to jackhammer the foundation. I am hoping I would place the tub in and then just have the plubing centered correctly. Is it more complicated than this? I don't have measurements to offer. I am trying to buy this house, but only if a garden tub placement won't be a major expense! Please help!
