is it easy to move from iOS to android ?

Hi :]

im thinking nw from moving from my 3G iPhone to HTC Legend .. is Android with HTC Sense easy and smooth as an iOS and the iPhone or will it be hard ??
As is it better if i stay on iPhone or Legend is good?

I use music most frequently so i really want a good music phone !! (syncing, good music quality and menu ....)
Besides an OS that is reliable and smooth and a bit simple ..
