If you have a normal 28 day cycle, you can take a early test (one of the ones that says its accurate up to 5 days early) tomorrow morning, 23 days after your last period (5 days before your missed period).
However these tests are only about 50% accurate that early (even the early test ones).
The longer you wait, the more accurate your results will be. In about 4 -5 days you should get results that are about 80-90% accurate.
Also make sure you use your morning urine, as it has the most hormone in it and has the best chance to give you an accurate result.
The symptoms you are describing sound more like you are getting sick, but each woman is different, and you never rely know how pregnancy is going to effect you honestly. Each pregnancy is also different, so even once you have gone through it once, you don't rely ,know what to expect each time.
Good luck!
