My major is Health Science

im in community college right now and im planning to go to UCLA. im thinking of getting an AA before i go school in los angeles so i can work over their while i continue for my Bachelors.

last time i asked about PT on this site, someone told me that you can be a physical therapist assistant with an AA. (she claimed to be a PT)

isn't it true that businesses will hire graduates with BA's to work as PT assistants? most undergrad's would take that job (especially during this economy) wouldn't they?

i did email her and we spoke about it even further and she told me that PT assistants with AA's & physical therapist aren't a step on front or behind each other. i didn't think she was lying, but what is it really like?

i don't want to spend time completing an AA if i don't know if i can get a job with it. i have to find work over their or else i won't be able to keep up with tuition and rent without having to take a big fat loan.
