S sweet girl New member Aug 17, 2009 #2 if u r drivin long run diesel is preferable as it is cheaper than petrol and its power is also more than petrol cars.It is cheaper to run a 2 litre diesel than 1 litre petrol car.It is true dat diesel cars last longer than petrol mileage wise.
