Hey, I was just curious to know if it would be cheaper to just go out to a salvage or junk yard and try to piece together a sport bike. I would buy a bike kit, but I have yet to find bike kits for sport bikes(Like a Kawasaki Ninja or something of that look). Also, with this, I live in Kansas, so are there any special things that I'm going to need to do to make it street-legal, such as an inspection or re-titling?
Is it safe to assume that, even if I get a good frame that has a clean title, It will still cost more to get the rest of the parts?
