Is it better to tell my boss I am leaving because of my child's illness or moving?

Both are true. Our toddler has pneumonia and I dread going to work every day. It sucks being away from him, and this was the last straw for me.

We are moving in 6ish months. I am sooo nervous! What to tell my boss?? I will give my 2 weeks tomorrow
co workers do know that he is sick ..
