Is it beneficial to put google analytics tracking codes on .html files other

than on the index? Will i get data on each induvidual .html page if i put the tracking code on each induvidual page, or is it one tracking code per website? thanks guys!
 
You will need to put the tracking code script on each page of your website. You don't need to create a new site or anything--that one code Google gives you is for your entire site. The only problem is how many HTML files do you want to put it on b/c it could become time consuming.
