Is it Bait and Switch if a company says they will have a minumum of 10 items....?

.....and they end up having none? I waited 3 days in line to get a certain item, and they ended up having none after the ad said a minimum of about 10. The manager then tried to sell me a similar item for more money. How much would I sue them for this considering the item is no longer in production (for about 1 year now)
