Some of my friends say that it is bad to workout everyday because your muscles need time to heal.
Usually when I work out I do some exercises with 10 pound weights and some ab workouts (around 30 min).
I don't do serious workouts at the gym, just at home. Do I still have to wait a day before the next workout?
My other friend says that ab workouts can be done everyday but not weight workouts.
