Is it bad to talk to a sleep talker?

My sister sleep talked and got out her bed, just now, i put her back without waking her up, when she was still mumbling a few sentances i told her to go back to sleep quitely while i was stroking her hair, i told her i loved her, and she replied i love you to

will this mess her up if i talk to a sleep talker?

Im her 17 year old brother and she is 11
 
you can talk to her thats fine just dont wake her up or scare her like the previous person said. she could panic and harm you or herself.
