Is it bad to have sex when you have a UTI?

I've had a UTI for the past 4 days and I've been on the antibiotics for the past 3 days. The medication was to take 2 pills a day and I just finished my last one yesterday. But I also had sex yesterday too. Can that affect the UTI I have? I'm still bleeding a little bit too.... =(
