Is it bad to eat what i did eat today?

I had cocopops for breakfast and then i had potatoes with cheese on them and salt and then i had chocolate but only a lil bit and then i had to spoons of sugar and then after lunch i had peanuts and rasons and more sugar and now im eating peanuts and rasins again..is it bad? i weigh 45 kg and im 14
 
Wow, you sound like a very unhealthy eater. Maybe you should try to cut down on the sugar and overprocessed foods and take a habbit to eating fresh fruits and vegtibles. Or keep doing what you're doing and when you get older be subjected to the slowing of your metabolism which will cause your strain of bad eating to lead to harsh weight gain.

Seriously, I hate seeing people eat this way. Please try to be more healthy. It a really simple thing to do and it will help improve your life soso much in the long run and in the right now.
 
Way too much carbs. All those carbs will keep your insulin levels high which will effect all your other hormones.

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you'll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.
