Is it bad to eat b4 you go to bed?

It depends on what your eating. Fast food, any kinds of carbs, or sugar is not good. Even though your body does a lot of things while your sleeping, burning off large amounts of calories is not one of them. If its something sweet your craving try some cereal or maybe some fruit.
 
the logic of not eating b4 going to bed is that when your sleeping, your metabolism is slowed down and your burning a lot less calories than if you were awake

but eating a banana or something light is not so bad, just don't eat foods with a lot of oil or grease

like french fries or italian sausage
 
Not really, it depends on what you eat. Eating yogurt for exampe, is fine. But eating a huge meal like.. a cheese burger is not okay.
 
Depends on the food.

But the way Sumo wrestlers get really big and heavy, is that they eat large meals, then go to sleep straight afterwards. That means the food is just sitting inside their body, not being used as energy, which results in fat build up, pretty much. Eating too much at night might happen to us

I suggest if yor hungry at night, maybe a cup of tea, with a few buscuits or some yoghurt. :)
 
Small things are fine, but not a huge calorie meal if you're going to bed soon afterwards. It's bad because after you eat your huge steak you will be just laying down and sleeping. You don't burn many calories while sleeping.

When you eat these things in the day, youre up and about, walking, working etc. You have hours ahead to help burn it off.
