I was just thinking of making some custom changes to my car and I was wondering if it would be bad to drop my car about 3-4 inches? Would it affect how my car drive? and would it mess up parts in my car?

itd be fine but youd have to go REALLY slow over bumps and holes. Drive over speed bumps one wheel at a time. IF you dont it could scratch the front fender and anything underneith ur car... it may look cooler, but its more dangerous. youd have to drive really slow.

If you have never driven a lowered car before, I would suggest starting with the basic 1-2 inches. The newer honda accords are too heavy, and don't have enough horsepower to make it worth dropping it that much. dropping it 4 inches is like racetrack spec, it wouldn't even be street driveable. I would say just go with a standard 1.1 to 1.7 drop.

Well 3-4 inches is a lot. When you do go to lower it, you need to get a camber kit to set the camber back to 0 so that the tires and wheels dont point in, otherwise, bad tire wear on the inside of the tire. Also may have to get a toe kit, if they even make one for your car, with that much of a drop. Doubt factory toe adjustments will compensate for a 3-4 inch drop. Alignment is a must to get the caster, camber, and toe 0'ed out.

When you drop a vehicle, you are changing the geometry, ride characteristics, etc. of the vehicle. Depending upon how it's done, you can do damage to your vehicle. One or two inches probably isn't bad, but I would worry about 3-4.
