No, I would feel worried if you *didn't* feel bad about it. It just means you have a conscience. Don't tell the teacher: she'll forever have a terrible perception of you. Just let it slide this time, but don't ever do it again.

Its actually a good thing and means you are an honest person ...just about every student cheats here and there so I wouldn't worry about it

Tell the teacher. You'll probably feel better about it, and your teacher will appreciate you being honest. Be prepared, though, to receive a poor grade on the assignment.
