Is it bad that I ate so little?

Okay, I admit it, I'm struggling with my weight and have been for a year, and today, I had p.e. and a soccer game. Before p.e.,I had 285 calories. I didn't feel tired, I felt great. I even had an apple that was 80 calories 30 minutes before the game, but I WAS SOO tired like 15 minutes into the game. At half time, I ate a little of grapes, like 3 oraange slices and 1 quater of a banana. STILL TIRED. And about an hour ago, I had 3 servings of egg whites which was 75 calories. Overall I think I had 470 calories--570 calories. I started restricting Thursday of last week, and have already lost 7 pounds. I'm 5'6" and 132 pounds. Should I eat a little more on game days?
 
UM you need to eat bfast lunch and dinner. DUH thats like a no brainer. YOu should not be worrying about ur weight you are perfectly fine, if your worried about fat do abs and running but still eat. Yes this is not healthy. Especially when your active. Starving your body actually takes away muscle, while excersise takes away fat and eating healthy foods and protiens helps with muscle. So eat atleast 1500 cals a day.
