...really cold? Example:? I work in a kennel in Texas. Well Texas summer temps are in the 100's. So I take the dogs outside for a quick pee break and then take them right back inside. Inside temp is around 65-70 degrees fahrenheit. Throughout this process my body gets really hot and sweaty then when I'm done I stay inside and begin to get really cold. I'm beginning to get a sore throat, so I want to know if this body exposure to really hot temperatures and cold temperatures in a matter of minutes can affect my health. I do realize that colds/flus are caused by viruses and bacteria. Just wondering if the drastic change in body temperature is bad for my health?
