Is it bad for my health to only drink flavored water?

I drink this water "Crystal Clear" Black Cherry flavored.. I love it, and can't always stand normal water unless I am thirsty.. but I was told to drink water through out the day even if you're not thirsty cause when you are thirsty it means you're dehydrated.. Anyhow, I drink around 2 of them per day, with a little normal water here and there... It's the 1 liter bottle size, so I get about 2 liters of water a day.. Some times more, some times less. Just curious if it will affect me in a bad way or not..

PS: My doctor said I could substitute flavored water for water if I couldn't stand normal water, but that doesn't mean she meant this kind.. So just curious.
Edited for some of you're answers... It's Low sodium, calorie free, caffeine free... has potassium benzoate for preservatives..
Ingredients..:
Carbonated Water, Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate and Potassium Benzoate (Preservatives), Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Sucralose, Acesulflame potassium, Neotame.
Oh also, No sugar. only thing on nutrition fact list is, it has 15mg of sodium

As long as there is no sugar or preservatives it should be fine.
I like the flavoured fizzy waters we get in the UK - some of the supermarkets do a range of them - no added sugar or preservatives in them so I guess yours should be OK too.
