I usually eat an egg white omelet in the morning with some turkey in it and a side of vegetables.
But for some reason my mom wanted to surprise me today and randomly bought some other type of egg, and made me an omelet with it right when I woke up. The omelet is completely yellow, and I was wondering if this is still healthy.
yes but dont eat it everyday because if its a big omelet it could have 3 egg yolks in it, thats 180% cholestrol, and 100% is considered the most you should have, ask your mom if its egg beaters packaged fake yolk of if its real yolk
